Kicking things off with this Mendoza Cabernet blend, packed with dark fruit aromas of black currant, tobacco, and leather. On the palate, raspberry, toast, and mocha bring richness, supported by firm tannins and a long, savory finish. Smooth yet spicy, with serious depth.
Perfect with steak and mushroom sauce, vegetable ragu, or aged cheddar.
Clos Roussely | Canaille
Light – Fresh – France
An easy-drinking Gamay from the Loire Valley, perfect for relaxed evenings. Expect notes of dark strawberry, black raspberry, rhubarb, and violet. Dry, soft, and light to medium-bodied, with bright acidity and smooth tannins. Even better slightly chilled.
Great with turkey sandwiches, ratatouille, or goat cheese with cranberries


Alkoomi | Shiraz Viognier
Rich – Aromatic – Australia
A charismatic blend with serious personality. Juicy plum and mulberry lead the way, followed by hints of blueberry and dark chocolate. Subtle oak adds warmth, while notes of green olive and smoked meat bring savory complexity.
Try it with Cajun sausage & peppers, grilled eggplant, or aged Manchego.
Bench 1775 Winery | Marechal Foch
Bold – Earthy – BC
This Okanagan standout is rich, ripe, and smooth. Juicy black cherry, blackberry, and plum are layered with dark chocolate, clove, and a touch of smoky oak. Bright acidity keeps it fresh, with a slightly tart, satisfying finish.
Pair with smoked brisket buns, mushroom flatbread, or blue cheese.


Quinta de S. Sebastião | Dona Flor
Fresh – Crisp – Portugal
Light, vibrant, and full of life. This white blend bursts with citrus aromas, followed by green apple, lime, and juicy stone fruit. Bright acidity and a clean mineral finish make it incredibly refreshing.
Perfect with basa fillet, chicken wings, or creamy camembert.
Bruno Lafon | Lucy in the Sky Piquepoul
Zesty – Bright – France
A lively, unoaked white meant to be enjoyed young. Notes of ripe pear, key lime pie, and orange zest shine through, with crisp minerality and mouthwatering acidity. Fresh, fun, and dangerously easy to love.
Ideal with oysters, pesto feta pizza, or a classic Caesar salad.
