About the event

Join us at 5VINES Wildwood (south Calgary) for a special evening celebrating the Wines of Chianti with Tuscan winemaker Niccolò Chioccioli. This intimate tasting is your chance to explore Italy’s rich winemaking traditions, guided by one of the region’s most passionate producers.

Niccolò will lead guests through a tasting of exquisite Chianti wines and select spirits from his family’s “winestillery.” Along the way, he’ll share stories of craft, heritage, and innovation from the hills of Tuscany.

To make the evening even more special, Niccolò will also create a signature cocktail featuring unique Florentine ingredientsl, a creative nod to his family’s distilling roots.

During the evening, you’ll also get a glimpse of some of the Chianti wines we carry at 5VINES, perfect for continuing the tasting experience at home.

A connection to our Whisky Club

If you’re a member of our Whisky Club, you might remember the Florentis Tuscan Single Malt from our August release, a beautiful spirit crafted by Enrico Chioccioli. This event offers a rare chance to meet the family behind that remarkable distillery and taste the wines that inspire it.
